Trump gave most of his press conference in Scotland surrounded by Nazi golf balls

:small
http://gawker.com/trump-delivered-his-scotland-press-conference-surrounde-1782552300
:small

AND:

You cannot make this stuff up:

MSNBC’s Wallace Slams Trump’s Response To Brexit: “I'm Gobsmacked” He Discussed His Real Estate Instead Of The Vote

Nicolle Wallace: “This Is The Riddle That Is Donald Trump. Maybe Today He's Not Running For President, He's Selling Suites

https://mediamatters.org/video/2016/06/24/msnbc-s-wallace-slams-trump-s-response-brexit-im-gobsmacked-he-discussed-his-real-estate-instead/211174

AND:

CHRIS CUOMO (HOST): Break into Donald Trump's statement right now which is not something we often do but it's very remarkable at this point because of what he hasn't mentioned yet. Donald Trump has been up at the podium for about five minutes, has not mentioned Brexit, is only talking about his golf course and his other business ventures and how it came to be. Let's discuss why he would make this choice and what the implications are.

TRUMP: Blah, blah, blah, my golf course is fabulous, blah, blah, I'm fabulous, it's beautiful, it's grand it's great, blah, blah, blah...

JOHN AVALON: This is insane. The presumptive Republican nominee has the world watching on a historic day and he is doing a five minute advertorial for his golf course in great detail, talking about the beauty of the suites, how great the pars are on certain holes, not talking about Brexit. This is a summation in some ways of his campaign. He is in the right place at the right time for his message, and he blows it because at the end of the day, it's all about him. He seems to be trying to profit off a presidential run and not taking it seriously. This is trump steaks all over again after winning the primaries. It's completely insane.

ALISYN CAMEROTA (HOST): David, is that how you see it?

DAVID GREGORY: I think John understates the importance of adding suites to the lighthouse. But I totally -- I mean, look, we spent all this time analyzing the potential significance of the parallels with his own campaign. We spent all of this time highlighting parallels of the campaign and way out ahead of where Donald Trump's campaign is. I'm shocked that, even given his statements, that he didn't come out and immediately seize on the importance of this. Maybe he wanted to inject a note of caution by not getting involved. But no, this just seems like political malpractice. I'm as bemused as everyone else looking at this thinking how strange this is

Where the hell have people been? Hey, a political campaign will always have a bit of ego thrown in. It's part of the territory. But for Trump, ego is not the spice sprinkled in to add a little favor, it's the main ingredient in the dish.

Try to pay attention, please.

Mr. Gregory said, "I'm shocked that, even given his statements, that he didn't come out and immediately seize on the importance of this. Maybe he wanted to inject a note of caution by not getting involved. But no, this just seems like political malpractice. I'm as bemused as everyone else looking at this thinking how strange this is."

Really?

After everything that Donald Trump has said and done, Mr. Gregory, and you're shocked? Have you been watching and listening to Donald Trump for the past year? Do you really think that a candidate for the president of the United States can "inject a note of caution by not getting involved" in an event that will have global repercussions?

If you are honestly serious, Mr. Gregory, and you're even the least bit surprised by Mr. Trump's behavior today, then you're an idiot.

By the way, Mr. Gregory: Did you see the golf balls? You really aren't very observant, are you?

Incidentally, "bemused" is defined as to puzzle, confuse, or bewilder. Mr. Trump's strange behavior puzzles, confuses or bewilders you?

You're an idiot.

An amazing song that makes fun of the detachment of the wealthy from the problems they don't see or are caused by them:

I want to be rich and I want lots of money
I don't care about clever I don't care about funny
I want loads of clothes and fuckloads of diamonds
I heard people die while they are trying to find them

Life's about film stars and less about mothers
It's all about fast cars and cussing each other
But it doesn't matter cause I'm packing plastic
And that's what makes my life so fucking fantastic

And I am a weapon of massive consumption
And it's not my fault it's how I'm programmed to function

Timely.

Donnie isn't interested in being president; he doesn't need the aggravation.

He's having the time of his life, receiving so much media coverage to promote his many worthy causes.

Even if elected, he'll buy er delegate toadies to fulfill his responsibilities.

Prediction: Either the RNC will add a rule to their (chuckle) bylaws in order to prevent him from taking office, or Donnie himself will simply blow it off. Because he can.

It's funny that they make a point to say that because they broke into Sander's statements all the time, if they showed them.

Clinton has 40 million to Trump's 1mil, but the media give him way more than either could pay for, and now treating him with more respect than anyone else.

It's great when they slip the mask like this, but it's far more scary. And most people won't even catch it.

I now it's off-topic, but look how perfectly suave he looks wearing that hat and sweater. Real class. Today, too many golfers (on public courses) wear t-shirts with a ball cap on backwards. Plus, Goldfinger just got caught cheating and James Bond took him for a pile of cash (and got to keep his Nazi gold brick).

I love the caddy in the rear left. His expression is perfectly cynical and you'd never see a caddy wearing a top coat today!

Those are the kind of monitors you use when you're singing in a 10,000 seat venue with a wall of Marshall stacks blasting behind you and you need to hear yourself a bit to be able to sing in key. And even then you don't have them RIGHT at your feet FFS.
