Racist incidents on the rise in Britain after Brexit

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/06/watch-british-youths-subject-tram-passenger-to-vile-rant-amid-surge-in-post-brexit-racism/

“Get deported,” one of the suspects can be seen saying while standing in the back of the tram. “You’re a muppet. Get off the tram now.” When the victim asks how old he is, the suspect responds, “Get off the tram now. Bro, I’ll waste you. I’ll waste anyone. Don’t chat sh*t when you’re not even from England, you little f*cking immigrant.”

...

As Mashable and other outlets have reported, there has been an upswing in reports of racist incidents around Britain since last week’s non-binding referendum vote for the country to leave the European Union.

In response, one Facebook user compiled an album of more than 100 social media posts detailing instances of abuse, some of which can be seen below.

Brexit was a vote against neoliberalism!!! And that's why Brexit has lead to a 100 incidents of people publicly demanding a fairer economy!!!

sentiment are the real reasons behind the BREXIT win.

This newly unleashed xenophobia, racism, and ethnic hate is just an minor inconvenience.

'Tis a small price to pay for untrammeled "sovereignty" and nationalist power.

Not to worry.

5. Humor recognition skills? You can call my post a bad joke. Calling it a straw man is silly, though

Creative argument you've constructed to better debate with yourself, as no one else has come close to that premise. (either that, or your melodramatic performance needs much more practice before it's ready for public viewing)

You have me visualizing some of the Brexit supporters I know, in army surplus camouflage, doing a Citizen Smith down at the seniors art group, shouting consciousness raising slogans in the Chiropodist's waiting room.

Chants of "workers of the world, unite" and "no war but the class war" breaking out on the terraces on a Saturday afternoon. Everywhere, the Union Jack discarded and replaced by the hammer and sickle.

last Sunday, a bunch of pensioners were in my local pub, marching around chanting "dialectics not dominoes".
