(4,514 posts)They aren't all black and white and they aren't all fluffy. Breed standards for BCs are pretty wide-ranging. My dog looks a lot like this one (actions are a lot alike, too), and she's a sable BC. ETA: Google "sable border collie" and check out the images. You'll see some that look much like this dog.
