Michael Reagan thinks "Hillary not loyal to Bill" is the worst?

Why would this be the tipping point when all of his prior comments were not? I don't want to be critical of him because gawd knows I'm happy to see him turn on Trump (and say his parents would have too) but it is strange. Is it because being an unfaithful wife is the worst thing in the world?
