We had a visitor show up at dinner to eat on her trip South

In my post yesterday I mentioned we would leave our hummingbird feeders up for travelers: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10028202103

We had a lone female show up at dinner tonight. We are sure she will eat in the morning and continue heading South.

It was flickering around the room and landing on my 15 month old granddaughter. She was giggling and bouncing around. I caught it in a plastic food container, set it on the step, and we watched it fly away.

Nice diversion from our everyday routine, but I'm not so sure I am ready for the visitors to leave.
