Remember how a group of extreme Republicans were complaining about the mandatory Boston curfew?

Well, Seminole County, Fl just imposed a mandatory curfew. Now, I happen to agree with it, but I think it's interesting.

My question: I assume we can go out for clean-up of our yards, right? And, can we walk our dogs?

Seminole imposes countywide curfew for Hurricane Matthew

With Hurricane Matthew expected to strike Florida's east coast, Seminole County will impose a mandatory curfew countywide beginning at 5 a.m. Friday and ending at 7 a.m. Saturday, sheriff's officials said today.

"We really want people to stay off the streets and highways during the height of this storm," Sheriff Don Eslinger said.

Moments before the curfew was announced, Gov. Rick Scott visited with more than 150 Army National Guard members in Sanford. And he had succinct advice for residents in low-lying neighborhoods or areas being evacuated.

"Get out," Scott said at the National Guard Armory. "Why would you stick around? Don't be taking a chance."

is the battle cry of the knuckle dragging Republican. There will be scofflaws in Seminole County. Let's hope they're locked up safe in jail unless it's a medical emergency with phones out.

Knuckle dragging Republicans are generally not safe when they're out and about during calm, sunny weather. Add a storm, they endanger everybody else as well as themselves.

It should be safe, weatherwise, to venture out around 2 pm. But, not in the car. Flooding and downed powerlines will probably take a full day to clear.

That's just a guess. I'm hoping someone will drop in for clarity.
