I'm sure he's promising these folks lots of free stuff to stand back there and hold up whatever he has for them to hold up behind him. Somehow I don't think this is a good indicator that he might have many supporters.

At this point, I don't think the Trump campaign is spending any money except on reimbursement for use of Trump properties. Which might explain why Republican donors aren't bankrolling his campaign anymore; they know the money isn't going toward canvassing, or phone banking, or mailings, or any of the other usual campaign expenses.

The leader appears to be some guy named Maurice Symonette and he appears to have a grudge against various local officials in the Miami-Dade County government. I have no idea what the background is, because he just appears to be crazy. Literally.

But, hey, some people waive "Blacks for Trump" signs at a Trump rally and the Trump campaign obviously thinks its making inroads amongst the African American community.
