The women on Fox News are out of control. Dana Perino has gone fully anti-rape!! WTF?

See how bad it gets when there's not a Roger Ailes around to keep the women in line?

‘After 20 Years of Defending These Guys…I’m Done’: Fox’s Perino Furious Over Sex Assault Claims

We already know that Dana Perino has absolutely zero tolerance for anyone brushing off the allegations of sexual assault being lobbed at Donald Trump, but her spirited soundbites from today’s The Five leave no room for doubt.

Calling his comments on how Hillary Clinton‘s look didn’t impress him “not impressive” themselves, she said that Republicans defending his behavior are infuriating here {sic} and making her into “Mount Vesuvius."

The women are erupting! They've totally forgotten their place.

“You know who you are,” she said, referencing Ben Carson and Jeff Sessions. When the other hosts joked about how her mic would be cut, she hissed, “Yeah, because women should be seen and not heard, apparently. After 20 years of defending these guys” — she sliced the air with her hand — “done.”

If Roger was still around, you'd be done alright. Done right out the door, Little-Miss-Sexual-Assault-by-Republicans-Should-Be-Treated-Seriously. Back to your Stepford Booth!

It's one thing to blow up on one TV panel show. But how does she follow this up? Fold back in and go along with it, and be an enabler for Trump and Ben Carson and the rest of these assholes? Because her party's more important than her purported principles?

I'd have to see her ACTUALLY change. Is she REALLY done with this? "After 20 years of defending these guys..."? Does she step away? Become an independent? Renounce them publicly? Throw her support to Hillary?

If I see THAT, then she'll have me convinced. If she can change, and does, then yes. I'll wait and see. Otherwise, no. I'm kinda with underpants on this one. But that also shows my own resistance to being forgiving of these people. I know from Catholic school you're supposed to forgive. And again and again, unfortunately, I prove myself to be unworthy. All I can do to find peace within myself and to try to avoid feeling like a total hypocrite on this is to remind myself that "I'm still WORKING ON being forgiving. I know I should. Still can't get there yet. So I'm still working on it. And I'm gonna keep working on it - because I'm NOT there yet." I find myself going through that argument with myself - A LOT, these days.

Her comments not only sort of get lost amid all the crosstalk and multiple simultaneous reaction from a panel that features three men to two women (we're artificially outnumbered AGAIN), but by the time she gets to "I'm done" - Meh. Doesn't mean squat. The way she says it is - TOTAL throwaway. She appears not to mean she's done with this, or with Trump. The next day she'll be back carrying the GOP banner and probably tiptoeing around Trump again.

When she's ACTUALLY DONE, renounces the GOP, turns in her membership in the party, declares she's switching sides and going to vote for Hillary, and makes it official rather than just letting her voice trail off into the rest of the crosstalk so you barely even hear the "I'm done" part - THEN I'll believe it.

Til then, she's just Paul Ryan-ing. Doesn't like it. Doesn't like Trump. Doesn't like the dissing of women. Or so she says. But she's probably still gonna vote for him. Because she's for Power-to-Her-Party over loving her country, like all the rest of 'em are.

As Walter Mondale once said, riffing off a popular burger chain commercial - "where's the beef?"

you didn't see any concern from the same quarter when Trump was ridiculing the disabled, accusing Mexican immigrants, scapegoating Muslims, insulting African Americans, or making fun of prisoners of war.
