What do I have to lose?

My dignity. My right to not be groped by entitled men. My ability to earn the same as a man doing the same job.

But what I most deserve is this. At age seven, a father who doesn't use and abuse me for 10 years until he died. On Halloween. Fitting.

Just two weeks ago, my neighbor brought me a bunch of tomatoes from his garden....and rubbed up against my right breast. Drunk as a skunk. Four fucking times. I've known this man for 20 years. Now, I can't face him because I feel so humiliated.

I want to be valued. That is what I want.
