Will Trump family have a problem with the name Scion? Can/would Toyota sue?

Of course first thing I thought of was Toyota, although they won't be importing them anymore. That said, I don't know anything about the legalities of it. Can Toyota sue for name infringement (or whatever the proper term is).

That said, I looked up the definition of Scion: A descendant or heir, especially of a wealthy or prominent family: scion of the ruling dynasty.
