The Scatterbrain/Incoherent Rhetoric Of Trump Appalling.Pence Could Be President Before Inauguration

Were Trump to win the Presidency he is not fit top serve even before the inauguration. His scatterbrainness, incoherent and "Palin speak" shows he has truly lost his mind. He is some deranged, demented, or hallucinogenic or all of the above. What he is saying makes little sense. He is removed from reality in dangerous ways.

So if enough idiots vote for him and he somehow gets elected. God forbid. We will have a national crisis even before inauguration day. Trump reminds me of King Lear at the time he is going mad. In such case Pence would have to take over the reigns of government.

It would be unprecedented to have a president elect replaced before inauguration. The way things look right now with Trump such a crisis is a distinct responsibility. I remember the days when Nixon resigned and the worry was that he might do something dangerous and stupid.

Then, in 1974, in the last days of the Watergate scandal, Mr. Nixon was drinking heavily and his aides saw what they feared was a growing emotional instability. His new secretary of defense, James R. Schlesinger, himself a hawkish Cold Warrior, instructed the military to divert any emergency orders — especially one involving nuclear weapons — to him or the secretary of state, Henry A. Kissinger.

It was a completely extralegal order, perhaps mutinous. But no one questioned it.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]I think that's what the GOP is hoping for/planning. Pence is their dream candidate.
