I wish the Republicans would come to their senses and realize...

...that their problem is not with Hillary Clinton, or Donald Trump, for that matter. It is with the Republican establishment, led by Mitch McConnell in the Senate and Paul Ryan in the House. All the things that they are angry at rests with their leadership.

If they truly cared about America, they would throw every one of them out of office. They are worthless.

who can force their leadership to obstruct. Its the John Boehner dilemma. I'm hoping for a Northeast fissure in the Republican Party willing to cross-over on important issue to break their gridlock

Trump's populist message is more palatable than Ryan's austerity nonsense, and this is why Trump won the nomination. My personal opinion is we were going to beat any GOP nominee this year, based on Democratic compassion and the state of the economy.

(I have no desire to share this viewpoint actively past here though. We will win again in 2020 as the GOP gets the lessons of the election wrong again.)
