Really now? You have somehow verified that every single device in the country with calibration issues is "flipping" in that direction. Please let us know how you determined that.

I think it's up to you to show the evidence.

I am a HUGE critic of these machines. But unsupported assertions, such as you have made, aren't very helpful.

problems withe machines, the focus is now on the minutia of "are you right" or "am I right". Discussion closed. Moving on.

Your unsupported "observation" WAS the subject you put forth, not some minutia.

And that doesn't help.

Saw it went the other way. Do not care for those types of machines. Too many differences between voters to accurately calibrate for every height of person.

No flipping in TX. Each incident attributed to human/voter error, regardless of how short you are.

His people are reporting the same thing.

Let me ask you a question?

If there was this super secret, highly organized effort to use machines to "flip" votes why on earth would it show the flip ON THE SCREEN.

Dont you think they would set it up to flip the votes w people thinking they voted for who they wanted to vote for?

This is going on and they are sticking their heads in the sand. I believe they wanted to try it in 2012 in Ohio but the polls were not close enough Rove threw a fit. There was a court case over the electronic voting during the end of bush's term. He put a gag order on the ruling.

so no one would be outraged. And many low information people don't know how technology works, they rely on their "common sense".

I mean, they have the technological capacity to flip the votes in theory.

If you have that capacity, wtf would you show it happening on the screen?

This is the kind of thoughtless hysterics that the right wing engages in.

No cameras allowed in the polling station by law.

As for the "vote switching" it's been maybe two-three cases in Texas at the most, and has been attributed to user error.

we just had our training last week - people are allowed to use their phones to take pictures.

There is a thing called ballot selfies.

This came up and we can't tell people they can't do it.

They explicitly said there is no law against having phones in the polling area.

There's a map going around of states where vote selfies are/aren't allowed. My state, Texas, is always listed as unsure. I don't know why. Cameras are forbidden in polling stations and have been for as long as I can remember.
