Scott Walker and Co have control over election software and vote counting procedures. (Remember "found ballots in Waukesha?) Has Bannon decided that Wisconsin can be "moved" for Trump, even though Hillary has been leading comfortably there? Why the sudden ad buys and personal appearances? Are they also hoping to defeat Feingold? Long time election protection advocate here smelling a rat (Also concerned about new Trump efforts in Michigan and New Mexico - all under control of republican governors, as of course are Fla and North Carolina.
