I hope Trump's older kids treat their own children better! Tiffany was quite fortunate to be neglected.

"Tiffany was quite fortunate to be neglected" by her father. There, I fixed it.

My fiancee taught Tiffany and met Marla Maples on many occasions. Ms. Maples, a class act herself, didn't neglect her daughter and raised her to be a lady in spite of her father.

I whole-heartedly agree with you, Freddie, that one hopes (probably in vain) that Donald Trump's grandchildren are in better homes than he provided his children.

I've also heard that Marla did a great job raising a good kid. After this is all over I hope it was Tiffany that leaked the tax returns.

I don't like his kids at all. But that doesn't make child abuse they endured any better as kids. I'm sure you aren't only horrified by children abused who you think will grow up to be like you, right? No one is changing their opinion of him that I can tell. It's about what a monster Trump is.

8. The Trump Files: Why Donald Called His 4-Year-Old Son a "Loser"
Fri Nov 4, 2016, 09:00 AM
Nov 2016

Until the election, we're bringing you "The Trump Files," a daily dose of telling episodes, strange but true stories, or curious scenes from the life of GOP nominee Donald Trump.

If you're hosting a TV show that claims to be a "roadmap to the American Dream," who better to turn to for tips on success than the Trump family? So in 2006, CNBC's Donny Deutsch brought Donald Trump, Jr. onto his show, The Big Idea, to get the "next-generation billionaire secrets" on how to make it big. Trump Jr.'s lesson, passed down from his dad at an early age, was simple: paranoia.

Seven o'clock in the morning, I'm going to school—hugs, kisses, and he used to say a couple things. 'No smoking, no drinking, no drugs.' I think a great lesson for any kid. But then he followed up with: 'Don't. Trust. Anyone. Ever.' And, you know, he'd follow it up two seconds later with, 'So, do you trust me?' I'd say, 'Of course, you're my dad.' He'd say, 'What did I just—' You know, he thought I was a total failure. He goes, 'My son's a loser, I guess.' Because I couldn't even understand what he meant at the time. I mean, it's not something you tell a four-year-old, right? But it really means something to him."

Yes. That is pretty horrible. I hope Melania divorces him and gets the youngest one, I forget his name, far away like Marla did with Tiffany. That would be the best thing for that poor kid. I hate to think what he's going through now.

If he can treat his own children like that, can you imagine what he will do to the American people? He doesn't care about making life better for any of us. He is a sadistic bastard who will stop at nothing to enrich and empower himself regardless of who suffers in the process.

If Trump treats his own kid like that in public, can you imagine how he treated him privately?

It sounds like Trump Jr. inherited the family curse and that Sr. has nothing but contempt for him because of his supposed "weakness".

This man destroys everything he touches. He is the most contemptible person I can think of. I really want to see him suffer and worse.

In any political discussion out there in the deep wilds of the comments sections, you'll find people sticking up for Trump because he's "never touched a drop of alcohol." Yes, I've actually seen that sort of comment. Usually starts with "Hillary is corrupt, and Trump is so pure he's never even touched a drop of alcohol." Well, I guess this story puts paid to that little chestnut.

Not that the rabid Trump supporters will believe it, or anything with fact-based evidence attached. They are just not capable. Denial of facts, denial of science, denial of history.

It's just as someone has said: Not too many years from now, Trump will say to a reporter with a stone face, "I never ran for President."

And people will believe him. Gross.

... because he can't control his impulses. He's an all-or-nothing sort of guy, just listen to how he talks. Everything's either "The best, believe me!" or "Absolutely a catastrophe. The worst. Let me tell you."

I'll bet if he has a couple of drinks, it turns into a couple of bottles, so he has to stay away from the booze or it will control him.

the similarities are chilling. This person does everything too much, especially drugs (snorting them is a favorite) but not alcohol. Just doesn't seem attracted to it at all.

I wager Trump is open to various drugs but not alcohol. Narcissists need more control than alcohol affords.
