Hoping a Hillary landslide will put her over the top.

Denise is running against a Koch-backed Republican incumbent with far more money to play.

If anyone here has a few bucks left to contribute I can't think of a better choice than one of our own--Denise Lang for New Mexico!

I hope she wins-it's one of the few wealthy areas in NM.

4. Denise and I have a backstory

It was only after meeting here on DU that we discovered her late husband and I were in the same Army hospital at the same time during the Vietnam War. Not just in the same hospital but on the same floor. He was on the amputee side and I was on the facial casualties side..

I probably met Mike all those years ago--and now I meet Denise. We have a connection and a bond and we are family.

It demonstrates so well how connected we really are, whether we know it or not!

Imagine finding a connection like that here, one from decades ago.

When you can't compete financially you knock doors and meet voters face to face.

Denise has already racked up thousands of door knocks. She is tireless and an inspiration to us all.
