The best you can say about the "Trumpers" is that they are "unprincipled".

Some may be haters. Some may be traitors. Some may simply be angry. But, all of them are unprincipled.

First of all, Donald Trump has never been a "conservative". Those that support him for that reason are hypocrites. Donald is an opportunist. Whatever is best for Donald.

He is not a "religious" person. He has never followed the teachings of Jesus. Those followers that pretend otherwise are deceiving themselves.

He is not a "great businessman". He is a scam - a con artist. He has filed for bankruptcy six times. Supposedly he lost a billion dollars in one year.

Trump supporters have a lot of faults. Major among them is that they have no principles.

They probably aren't aware of that list. Wouldn't matter if they were, I'll bet. SammyWinstonJack Nov 2016 #4

The fact that these people are so willing to put the entirety of their political faith and trust in a man who until extremely recently:

1) Was pro-choice.
2) Was pro-Hillary Clinton for president.
3) Showed zero evidence of any religious faith.
4) Invited to the Clinton's to his wedding.
5) Spoke out against Pat Buchanan because of his ties to racists and anti-semites.

shows how completely unprincipled they are. It shows that all the bullshit about family values and morals and convictions was all for show until the minute someone comes along and hates the right people in all the right ways.

They are all sad, pathetic pieces of garbage.

I know plenty of people who I've long disagreed with when it came to party, policy, and politics. But a line was drawn in the sand and they refused to step over that line simply because someone added an R to the end of their name.

His whole platform now consists of racist, sexist, anti-Semite behavior.

Also, he may be showing early signs of dementia. His behavior is wildly unpredictable which is often an early warning signal.

Stressed out by an economy that doesn't work for them? Hungry for what might feel like progressive change? Weak-willed?

There are nicer and more nuanced was to put it.
