A lot of younger folks might not realize that prior to creating The Twilight Zone, writer Rod Serling was known for writing hard-hitting, socially-relevant and often controversial plays for live television.
"In the Presence of Mine Enemies" by Serling was the final episode of the acclaimed dramatic anthology series Playhouse 90. It is tale set in the Warsaw Ghetto during the Holocaust, and was presented at a time when far fewer Americans discussed the subject openly.

I recognised him from surreptitiously watching Peyton Place as a young teen.
