I had to face the fact that I don't really trust anyone but DU for the truth.

After 2004 I found Du and always knew I could find the truth on anything here. This was a tough week to be alone: I realized how much I depend on the other DU'ers to know what's really goingon, and what's behind the kabuki make-believe crap that we call the media.

Never go away again, DU!!!

Maybe we can stop the infighting that was characterizing this site and return to civility: Recognizing that all we really have is each other.

Sounds like you missed us!

When DU went down I was beside myself with no site to go to that had free thinkers and real time news updates. I went to MSNBC and cable news and well I will save that for another thread but I was disappointed so here we are again DU now I am hoping to get a pulse on what is really going in TrumpLand and around the world.

Yes I think many people were moved by Trumps win so hope we wont be so ready to infight with another DU member.

Life became a lot more serious when Trump won and there was no DU to go and am thankful the admins got DU back up so fast.

these are exciting times
