Multiple NBA teams refusing to stay at Donald Trump's hotels while on road trips

At least three NBA teams will no longer stay at hotels that, through licensing agreements, have President-elect Donald Trump’s name on them.

The Milwaukee Bucks, Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks have all decided they will no longer step foot in Trump properites in New York City and Chicago, according to ESPN.

A fourth team, which plays in the Eastern Conference, is under contract to stay at Trump’s SoHo hotel throughout this season but will sever that relationship when it expires in 2017 due to his association with the building.

Golden State’s Steve Kerr, Detroit’s Stan Van Gundy have both sounded off on the president-elect, and San Antonio’s Gregg Popovich recently went on a rant that warned of the example Trump winning sets for the country’s youth.

“My big fear is — we are Rome," he said.
