Trump Will Fail Because...

No one dumps a valuable political ally, simply because the ally prosecuted his son-in-law's father. Politicians must be expedient. Trump is impatient. And vindictive. And ruled by his emotions of the moment. He is piling up political enemies faster than Scarface piled up cocaine. And the last thing any newbie politician wants is lots of lots of political enemies standing in line waiting to tell their side of the story to the press.

If there is an opposite of Reagan's political Teflon, Trump has it. Oh, I know! He has fly paper. When the you know what hits the fan, it is gonna stick to him.

I honestly think he'll end up resigning at some point to go back to his businesses. He got what he wanted out of this whole thing which is money and adulation. He doesn't want to do the job and you can see it on his face. Well, too fucking bad because now you have to work everyday 20+ hours a day. Don't like reading? Too bad because now you get to do it every day in fucking minutia. For the first time in his sleezebag life the asshole is going to have to go to work.

Once he's turned on because he's taken away all of the flyover state freebies. The people out there will have no jobs, no medical coverage, no disability payments, no social services and their infrastructure is crumbling because the state(s) generate very little in the way of real (taxable) income. Well, that is when they'll turn on them but HA HA it'll be too late to complain then.

Unfortunately, it will take a while to get all of that reestablished once it's been ripped away. While that is happening our Blue brothers and sisters will have to suffer along with those idiots in states circling the drain.

Bust, er.. Bush actually had some experience with the whole governance thing before getting into office. Trump is going in cold to the most demanding political position in the country. He's going from being a trust fund baby to all day, everyday, work; without any lead in.

his stint as Texas governor was solely to give him "experience" but that piece of shit never really worked, the LT GOV did the heavy hitting

He allowed Cheney to handle the reins of government. The results were disastrous, but at least we knew who was making Bush dance.
Trump may not realize that he is in way over his head. The stupid fuck may actually think that he knows what he's doing ... and that scares the ever-loving shit out of me.

The people who voted for him will come to feel shameful for their actions. Not that they professed any shame over Bush. But in their hearts they will know and we will never let them forget.

Within two years you won't be able to find anyone who will admit to voting for Trump. Take pictures of your neighbors' lawn signs, FB posts, etc., for a delayed moment of schadenfreude in your futue.

How long until there is some "stuff" leaked around for a nice, little payback?

He was born into a small world and thought he was king. He will not be able to handle it when he realizes most of the world is not like those folks at his rallies.

I ,myself, look forward to his impending doom! (and I never say things like that about anyone!)

He is going to FAR FAR more dangerous and formidable and impactful in a truly shitstorm sort of way than many can imagine.

His gigantic stimulus/infrastructure rebuild will have a temp Red Bull effect on the deplorables, and his white nationalist grooming of the nation thru Bannon (even if he (cough cough) steps down, will continue to work its dark magic. The rethugs will do a bait n switch, stealth takeover of certain areas, and a bold smashmouth approach power grab of others. For the Donald, they will employ a carrot and stick approach of horse trading pet loathsome wishlists.

All the worst of both sides, cloaked in charlatan-woven flimsy cloth that looks like fine robes yet is stitched as if by a drunken, blind seamstress. It will unravel eventually, but by then the damage will be immense and incapacitating for a decade or so (and never repaired at certain intersectionalities).

Then we'll have President Pence.

I didn't see any shame among co-workers who voted for Dum(b)ya. They always had numerous right-wing propagandists to console them and provide reinforcement.
