What qualifications does Nikki Haley have for Secretary of State?

I hear she is rumored to be in contention for that spot in the cabinet. Not sure what qualifications she has. After all, Hillary was First lady and traveled to many countries and then served as U.S. Senator from NY where she was on the Armed Services Committee. John Kerry was Senator from Massachusetts for many years and was the chair of the Foreign Relations Committee.

Not sure why she is being considered for this important post?

It seems like everyone who visits Trump is a possible Sec of State, except maybe the PM of Japan.

As for qualifications, Haley and just about anyone else under consideration have more qualifications than Trump.
