OK, Carson is a twerp, but Captain Carotene keeps using words without knowing what they really mean. "Pathological" basically means diseased, and he kept spewing out lines like this:

"He said he has pathological disease. Now if you're pathological, there's no cure for that, folks, okay? There's no cure for that," Trump said.


Um. If NO disease could be cured, then yes, something pathological would be incurable. That's not the reality, but that doesn't derail his tirade. He just keeps repeating the misusage over and over, apparently believing that makes it right.

he's a master bullshitter. Gobbledygook. His stock in trade. Wish more people would challenge him: "What does that mean?" "That doesn't make sense!" He has to tweet and video to keep from being backed into a corner.
