http://www.wisconsinpublicsafety.org/about/superintendent/ (dubious looking website that may just be there to try and get 'donations'; Google hasn't listed it as unsafe, anyway. I presume joining the Chamber of Commerce is just a matter of paying a fee - they don't in general have the reputation of giving a toss about anyone's morals.
