The second reason is more important to me. I refuse to advertise for this vile asshole, so I try not to utter his last name, which is also his brand. I think it brings him pleasure to hear his name, whether it's in a good or bad context, so I try to just refer to him as Donald (and NEVER "The Donald&quot .
