I know many folks are looking at the vote totals and guessing there won't be enough votes to overturn results in Hillary's favor, but there's an argument to be made that many of her votes were improperly thrown out by overzealous republican state officials.
Provisional ballots were rejected by the tens of thousands in many key states like Wis. and N.C., for example.

So this is my point about Clinton needing to be involved. I presume her attorneys would demand to look at provisionals. Stein? Who knows.

(9,359 posts)In most states you have a set time period, usually 24 hours, to prove your vote should be counted. If you do not do it, then your vote will not be counted, even in a recount.

(85,986 posts)Fewer than 20 percent of the provisional ballots cast in the election two weeks ago by voters who didn't have the required photo ID were counted.
The commission said there were at least 750 provisional ballots cast in the Nov. 8 election and of those 618 were issued because the voter didn't have an acceptable photo ID.
Only 116 out of the 618 provisional ballots were counted. Most of them, 399, were marked as "deadline expired," which indicates they weren't counted. Another 278 were outright rejected and 224 had no information reported on their status.

(108 posts)and ALL were for Hillary which they wouldn't be it won't change anything. I for one am glad to see that there were some ballots not allowed for various reasons. That means somebody was doing their job watching out for rouge Trump votes. It would be interesting however to see how many of those 618 ballots went to which candidate should they have been accepted. Not to change anything but if they were heavy leaning Trump it would give me more faith in the results.
