At this point I think Captain Queeg would have been a better choice. Hell, I'd send him the best set of ball bearings I could find.

And his mental breakdown was triggered by a genuinely terrifying experience, with serious consequences following thereafter.

Shit, I love that movie. I'll probably never enjoy it as much, after this......
