The GOP will just make something up like they did Don Siegleman. Trump may say he is not interested in prosecuting Clinton. We know he is a liar. And now that there is a recount all bets are off.

It's their fallback to distract their base once it starts to get agitated that the jobs are not coming back and the safety net benefits that they relied upon (but voted against) have been trashed.
