9. Trump's Crony Cabinet is exactly what was expected.

Trump demands loyalty above all else, but his collection of sycophants, bootlickers and brown nosers, have but one job; to stroke his massive ego. He never had any intention of ever 'draining the swamp" because he could not survive without the fawning support of the entrenched GOP and their corporate paymasters.

Of course it is quid pro quo with this hiring of McConnells wife, undermining the wall between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch to grease the way to cut more safety regulations... just like she did as the Labor Secretary. Her family's shipping conglomerate is based in China, but that didn't stop McConnell from accepting millions from his Chinese inlaws and making himself one of the richest men in Congress.

Elaine Chao will help to soften criticism of China and maybe Trump will find it easier to ship in more Chinese steel for his construction businesses as they bid on those lucrative trillion dollar infrastructure projects he's planned on.
