He was a show-off and not the brightest. But he sincerely tried to appoint the best people to his cabinet. He hired the smartest guy on Earth AND put him in charge of solving their biggest problems!!!
Compare that President Trump hiring conspiracy-theory-dwellers, racists and Wall Street fat-cats.
