There will be elections in 2017. There will be elections in 2018. There will be elections in 2019. They're local and state elections. If you don't vote in them, you're missing a bet. The Republicans have known this and have acted on it for decades now. That's why local and state governments end up in Republican hands.

Stop neglecting those elections, folks! Your freedoms may depend on them, especially with the Republicans in control of all three branches of Federal government.

Don't grumble about the 2016 election. Instead start working on the next election that will occur where you live. Turn out in numbers that are larger than the Republicans. It should be easy. If every Democrat who voted this November showed up in 2017 and 2018, the Republicans wouldn't have a chance.
