I'm tired, drunk and afraid after watching. So I have to ask the questions I'll get flamed for

When do they start breaking windows? When do they start arresting journalists? Who's going to the camps? What political views will I be arrested for? Will my mixed race child be deemed unfit for public college?

I sound crazy, but last year, Trump was a joke. After that, Trump will quit after Wisconsin. After that, Trump will moderate himself after the convention. After that, no way he was going to win..Nothing's off the table anymore.

His audience seemed really confused when he talked about POC and LGBT and unity and he's full of shit but I think he realizes he cannot sustain that act for four years.
I'm hoping they are just winding down with the adrenaline now and will go into hiding after he is revealed as a lying spineless piece of shit.

And since they know his followers will just believe what he says the extremists will go ahead and try to destroy Medicare, Social Security and anything else other than the military and subsidies that make money for their preferred groups.

I suspect he will hand the reins over to his crappy cabinet and tell them to "go for it" and he will just go run his companies. He will make appearances to look important but the cabinet will do his work for him. He has no interest in running this country he only wants to get richer at our expense no matter how bad that expense may be. He will work at destroying any laws that would keep him from being a dictator and including his children to be groomed to be our future dictators after him. Maybe I sound like a nutty conspiracy theorist but from what has already happened is it really that nutty to think that way?

Hate crimes have already started to increase more in the past few weeks than in the past year. What about the ones which aren't being reported by law enforcement or even the victims? We are already seeing incident after incident of "entitled" voters of the president-elect asserting their "privilege"...Delta...grocery stores...restaurants...etc. What are the stories we haven't seen reported? We are seeing the normalization of anti-Semitism...again and not just from the fucking "right"! I should save people the effort and ask Skinner to allow me to rename myself (((Behind the Aegis))).

When will the windows break? They already are being broken....spray-painted...plastered with flyers of "Make America Great Again." The actions span attacks against a variety of groups. Wanna know who the first group will be? That's easy. GLBT! Look at the current governments who have "back-slid" in recent years...yes, there are anti-immigrant actions, but the ones many fucking LOVE to overlook are the actions against the GLBT. One word....RUSSIA! Sure, there will be other groups attacked along the way, but it will be the GLBT community which will bear the brunt. Look at his recent appointments...look at the fucking VP-elect! Why the FUCK aren't these major discussions?! So yeah, the FIRST 'big' group, will be the GLBT!

As for the camps, well, there will be lots of people who would be slated. The first ones, if history repeats, will be the disabled, physical and mental. Oh, they will sneak in the Jews, because, really who the fuck cares. Then, we will see groups of "interest" getting that treatment and we will be on the edge.

Yes, it is a pessimistic view. Hell, maybe the new president will shit rainbows and money, but I don't see it happening. It will be a dark time for many people, and sadly, including your child. We have to be prepared. We have to know the history shows us things are not likely to be positive. The first people of this land will not fare well...they never have here; well not since the first wave of European immigration.

Oh, and as for the journalists; well, we will have to see who capitulates and who actually stands tall. That will determine who disappears and who moves into a position of prominence. Do expect more of them to sell out.

Possibly, the only saving grace, is some that voted for that POS, will start to realize he really doesn't have their best interests in mind and they will join the revolt.

So, yeah, I am also in the same dark place and I am not even drunk. What does that tell you?!

But, they don't compare to concentration and death camps, which actually still exist the world over, so one doesn't even need to travel back into history to see them.

There are ones in various African nations by various groups, so not formalized like what we saw in WWII and after. Some are rumors, and haven't been independently verified. There are rumors about ones in Tibet, but I have never seen anything concrete, mainly rumors. Then, of course, there is North Korea, which are verifiable.

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/12/1/1606121/-New-congressman-Jamie-Raskin-shows-exactly-the-right-attitude-Democrats-need-for-taking-on-Trump

“They can make a white supremacist the chief strategist for the White House,” he said, invoking Steve Bannon. “They can make an anti-public school activist [Betsy DeVos] the secretary of education. They can make Jeff Sessions the attorney general of the United States of America, but my friends, we are still here.”

“They can put Goldman Sachs back in charge of the Treasure Department, but we are still here. They can try to dismantle the EPA, but we are still here. They can put a fox in charge of every hen house—they can put the Joker, the Riddler, and the Penguin in charge of Gotham City—but we are still here, and we’re not going anywhere.” [...]

Raskin had a bit more to say about Bannon. “We’re not letting any prepped-out Harvard Business School neo-Nazi strategize us into becoming Germany 1933,” he vowed, “and we will not let a cabinet of robber barons and white nationalists destroy everything the civilizing movements of the last century created.”
Exactly fucking right. The Democrats’ job right now is not to “find common ground” with Donald Trump and his enablers. It’s not about “striking deals” or “working together.” It’s about refusing to normalize Trump and refusing to give the Republican Party an inch. Yes, we will lose a lot of battles in the coming years, but it is far, far better to lose than to be co-opted. And when you stand up and fight, even if you lose, Americans will know what you believe in.

Trump going Mussolini or Yanukovych or Mubarak or whatever second-rate dictator will still cause plenty of pain for the country.

There will be a crackdown on dissent and protest and the media and people could die in the process. It doesn't have to be millions, it could be only a few hundred, or maybe even just a dozen or two, but even so it will be the worst reflection on the American presidency we will have ever seen.

From notes left on cars, to vandalism to assault. One mother of a deaf child who can only commicate in sign was told "when Trump becomes president kids like that won't be allowed in public"

Stories are being told. We are collecting these stories and making them part of the national narrative . We will not allow them to be hidden
