Trump wants to build a hotel in Taiwan

By now most of us have heard about that telephone call between Donald Trump and the President of Taiwan.

This morning on MSNBC Joy Reid said that prior to the phone call a member of the Trump organization had traveled to Taiwan to talk about building a Trump hotel there.

I guess that’s what we’re getting for the next four to eight years. Trump using the Presidency of the United States to enlarge the Trump empire, the Trump wealth.

Now CNN is reporting that the phone call was “facilitated” by a member of the Trump organization in the Philippines. A ‘trumpette’ suggested the idea.
Trump in his defense is saying, “Hey. The phone rang and I picked it up.”
