7. It's been raining off and on throughout the day

and the temperature is about 45 degrees in my corner of southeast Texas.

By the way to solution to playing bad pool is to get more drunk. It may or may not make you a better player, but it will mean that you care less. Works for me every time. For someone who did so well in physics and trigonometry, my pool playing is pretty shoddy. However, occasionally I will make some remarkable shots including bank shots.
