Not sure how mid-town business located near trump tower, can handle the loss of foot traffic moving forward. Make 56th Street Great Again

Chang’s Chambers Hotel compound — which features Má Pêche, Fuku+, and Milk Bar on West 56th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues — is in close proximity to Trump Tower, at 56th Street and Fifth Avenue, and will likely see the effects of minimized foot traffic in the area.

Other critics have compared the increased security of Trump Tower and the surrounding area to an “armed encampment,” predicting a bleak future with “clogging streets” and “retail businesses shriveling,” wrote Justin Davidson of New York Magazine.

and even if he were - the GOP established with Bill Clinton that a sitting president is not immune from civil suits.

Hint: try suing him in small claims court - it will cost him more to defend than he could possibly win, and it's cheaper for the plaintiff.
