There was a net gain of one vote for Clinton (nine extra votes for Trump, ten for Hillary).

voters might not have filled in enough of the bubble (or done a check or x in it), in which case the machine wouldn't read it as a vote - but a person looking at a ballot can rule that there was clear voter intent.
