It looks legit but it's not. I clucked on the link at it looks like it's defunct. It took me to March 2016.
That's how a lot of fake sites work. The domain name are often similar.

I posted a link to one of these fake sites on FB one time with totally erroneous in formation.

Some news organizations are also letting bloggers post under the banner of particular newsbrands; however, many of these posts do not go through the same editing process (ex: BuzzFeedCommunity Posts, Kinja blogs, Forbes blogs).
Russia Today fits in there perfectly. They publish articles of all kinds of bloggers (dubbed something like "freelance journalist" , have the blogger write heavily slanted and misleading stuff, and then absolve themselves of all responsibility by adding a disclaimer that this article in no way represents the opinion of RT.
