Redistribution via the tax code.

Starting in the 1940's, the top marginal tax rates have fallen from 94% to the current level of 39.5%. And as the top rates have fallen, income inequality has risen.

Combine a high marginal tax rate with higher corporate taxes and a guaranteed minimum income to all adults.

Shortening the work week with the same full pay. And in some areas, just this simply thing that works in Eourpe, for those who are considered unemployable because of age or other medical issues, something similiar to England's Dole.

Face it,we do not have or we will not have jobs for everyone, those days have passed us by. Technology replaces it's self with newer and more efficient Technology.

Only other option is,make work projects much like the 1930's and that in it's self proved to be mega successful in breaking the Depression of the thirties. We are a Consumer Society, and when we reach that tipping point were jobs and earn income can no longer support our Consumerism,Bam,we are so screwed.
