Trump derangement syndrome is a condition that is characterized by some or all of the following beliefs:

1) That Donald Trump will act for the good of America not matter what it may cost him personally

2) That Donald Trump is truly a hero of the working class and poor despite what he has done to such people in his career

3) That Donald Trump will work for small business people despite what he has done in his career previously

4) That Donald Trump believes in equality for all no matter a person's skin color, religion, gender or sexual orientation

5) That Donald Trump is an extremely deep thinker who weighs opinions from all sides before making a decision.

Add others if you so desire.
A person would have to be deranged to believe any of the above.

when he names all these people to top positions. He likes having people in charge that know what they are doing. Despite giving anti-gay supporters high positions, gay rights will not be repealed. It is settled law. Despite anti-gay judges being on his short list to replace Scalia Trump supports equal rights.
