Especially prime time.

He gets his dillusioned 20% to come out and cheer him on, creating the illusion on TV he is lovingly adored by all of America.

The dillusion to illusion feeds his ego, and gives the likes of Kellyanne the juice to spout her fast-talking, trunculant propaganda.

It makes me sick. All of it.

AM radio by hate shows/news, the internet, and here FM radio, and even shortwave radio. I often wonder the same.

Is it just endemic to the human psychic to prefer hateful things, is that the motivating factor to listen/watch. Fox News certainly used that to the hilt. Hate seems to be an attention grabber, probably something to do with primordial instincts.

When I used to be in NYC back in the days of newspapers hawked widely, paperboys didn't shout about niceties to sell the papers, but the latest usually outrageous stuff.

Sadly, I've come to the conclusion hate sells well, and that is why we don't see much for progressive networks.

Yes, all fine and good everyone is turning off their coverage of the news, but it is vital we get our news in other arenas such as Democracy Now, Free Speech TV. To have an un-informed citizens in a country is very dangerous.
