Wouldn't it be nice if we had supported our moderate Dems in the Red states,

helping them to stay on so we could keep our majority in the Senate, instead of slamming them as DINO's and attacking them whenever we could?

So we failed to support them against the Rethugs in their states, and they were all replaced, eventually. But not by the real progressives we wanted. By tea party Rethugs.

And so now we have nothing. No House majority. No Senate majority. And soon to be no President.

All because we thought some Red state Dems weren't progressive enough to deserve our support.

I think the DNC and local parties dropped the ball.

I don't think the DNC was pushing for progressive candidates. I just think there wasn't enough support for at-risk candidates.
