Knight Frank said Russians are interested in vacation homes as well as investment properties. Nearly all are looking to spend between $500,000 and $5 million on a residential property, while 10% are hoping to buy commercial real estate.

(23,292 posts)They already have problems. I have a client who is an environmental engineer. He was thinking of buying property in South Beach. I had him set up with an agent down there. After looking into it, he just laughed and said "the whole area will be under water in 10 years."

(3,847 posts)So our KKKomrades race into the US to buy property from people that are best buds with the Kremlin and probably people Trump owes money to. So he's bringing in other nationalities now and do tell when will the poor workers be brought in to serve their Russians maters or work at Hair Twitter's property's.
