Companies, nations, and individuals that help Trump personally will get government largesse, those that don't will be persecuted.
And, unfortunately, there's really nothing we can do with it. The GOP-controlled congress isn't going to investigate any of it because (A) they like his extreme trickle-down agenda and (B) they're afraid of him. Trump's executive branch is going to be stuffed with cronies who don't dare question him. On top of that, Trump has a personal goon squad of neo-Nazis that he can sic on anyone he wants with a tweet.
I don't know how far Trump will be able to go in intimidating the press. My guess is that places like NYT and WP will report on the corruption. The problem is, nobody is going to care, at least nobody who could do anything about it.
So I guess the "bright side" is that we get to read about it as our country turns into Russia.
