One of the reasons the GOP is comfortable with Putin's interference in our election.

One of the reasons the GOP is comfortable with Putin's interference in our election is because he's an authoritarian leader. They can identify with him because he is who they long to be. If he was the head of the old KGB they would have been more uncomfortable.

they are fine with handing the country over to the Russians lock, stock and barrel.
