Christine Pelosi-the elector who, along with other electiors, was just on msnbc. They had asked

to see the intell before she and others are asked to vote one week from tonight. She did well, making herself clear. She said there is an urgency--as the vote is only one week away.

Nancy should resign and let Christine have a shot, maybe?

They could come out with a report stating conclusively that Russia hacked the election tabulators, and guess what, the electors will still vote him in.

Of course not.

Which is why her signature on that letter is laughable.

is laughable. Unless you're willing to say that Christine Pelosi is open to voting for Trump despite being an elector from a state that voted 2 to 1 for Clinton.

If it had been intended otherwise, the Constitution would call for the electors to meet in a single location, not in their individual states. Communications amongst themselves in the 19th century would have been all but impossible.

And there is no way that any of the Republican electors can be forced to participate in any discussions or briefing.

It's not a serious demand and will simply be rejected, particularly since there is no way that sensitive intelligence information is going to be shared with 538 un-vetted electors.
