Is Reince Priebus a blithering idiot?

I'm watching Morning Joe on DVR (ducks) and he comes across as completely detached from reality.

Yes, I've been hiding my head since November 8 - but yeesh - this guy is a moran.

He comes across as normal, especially in contrast to Trump and Bannon. Like Paul Ryan in the House. Ryan is the so-called intellectual in the GOP who presents his radical attacks on the social safety net as a moderate resolution to a GOP created crisis.
