12. I just watched with your post in mind, and I believe what you wrote is a gross mischaracterization.

He started off with negative thoughts about the Tillerson nomination, Putin, Russia, and Trump. He eventually made the point in effect, that, if we will be stuck with Tillerson, then maybe we could get something good out of it, for instance, maybe Tillerson's relationship with Russia could at least result in some type of deal to solve the Syrian situation.
