If the Emoluments clause doesn't matter then the date of certification

of the election doesn't matter. Or actually any federal law or Constitutional law doesn't matter. Trump is literally getting away with murder while weak kneed politicians stand by and watch. Right now it feels like our country has gone to shit.

There's one for the average American and another for the megawealthy. If you own a food truck and win a Congressional seat, you have to sell. If you own hotels, golf courses and resorts and have a television show on the side, you get to keep them. We need to change the flag to gold, platinum and silver stripes with diamond stars on a sapphire background.
