That would be the intelligence agencies. For the most part they consider themselves patriots whether right or wrong. i think they have way more information on the Russian connection than they are letting on and the reason they haven't sat down with the congressional intelligence committees is because they do not trust them. Specifically they do not trust the Republicans with the intelligence they have. They understand what the republicans are capable of.
