How is he going to handle the complexities of this world?
This is damn frightening.
I'm angry and terrified at the same time.

(6,154 posts)that most people kind of know what to expect from Trump even before he assumes office. Trump is big news the world over. Anyone who pays attention to the news in most any country already knows the kind of embarrassing man baby he is. He's a laughing stock to most of the world. Because of this perhaps most of the world won't take what he says or tweets as personally as they might otherwise. The same way in which you tend not to take a 2 year old's temper tantrum to heart because you know he's a 2 year old. But I agree he's VERY worrisome when it comes to relations with certain specific particularly fragile and dangerous international relations.

(22,665 posts)The Russian candidate for U.S. president will probably do a lot of things not actually related to public policy or public safety. Instead, I believe the Russian candidate for U.S. president will focus on looting American resources for his own gain, just as Putin has done these past 16 years.
The blueprint is already there and the Russian candidate for U.S. president will be devoted to that goal as his sole and primary purpose for the next four years.
